Personal Training

Exercise includes anything that gets you moving.  You can earn the benefits of being physically active by going to a gym or playing sport but equally, and if it suits you better, your exercise can be of a more everyday nature and can take place in your home, your garden, your local park or nearby countryside or even in your place of work.

However you go about it, the combination of physical activity with a wise use of food choices is a powerful tool towards feeling better physically and mentally or, in other words, to being fitter.
